We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Entry-Level Graphics Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, editing, and managing visual content for print, and digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for design and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate graphic systems and software to create, modify, and deliver visual content
- Prepare and format graphics for print, web, and video production
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Maintain file organization and follow naming conventions and brand guidelines
- Perform quality checks on all graphics before final output
- Stay updated with design trends and software updates
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Class 12th Pass from English Medium School
- Diploma in Graphics Design is an added advantage
- Proficiency in graphics design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw etc
- Knowledge of Affinity Photo+Designer+Publisher in an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrable ability to learn new software systems and graphic design techniques
🌟 Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience with 2-colour, 4-colour, 6-colour printing processes
- Fundamentals of Photography & Videography
- Familiarity with Photography & Videography
- Familiarity with video editing software

💰 Cost to Company (CTC):
