π§© Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the long-term financial health of the organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for MIS, TDS, PF, PT, GST and ROC compliance and financial reporting, compliance to support decision-making.
π― Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, payroll, and cash flow management with in-depth knowledge of Tally software.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external and internal auditors, banks, and regulators.
- Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
- Experience in handling all statutory compliances and Notices and independently able to verify data for filing Income tax, GST, TDS , Exports and PF ESI PT with CA’s and Auditors of Multi branches.
- Evaluate financial processes & implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial guidance to senior management on business decisions, investments, and strategies.
- Debtors and Creditors Management and follow and set process through MIS trackers
π οΈ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance)
- Data management on Spreadsheets (MS Excel / LibreOffice / Google Sheets) – Knowledge of Pivot, Filters, Lookups, Index-match, Filter, Data Consolidation, What-If

- Knowledge of Financial Functions on Spreadsheets
