🧩 Job Summary:

As a Purchase Manager at Creations Overseas, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies to support operational efficiency and organizational goals.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, leading and executing purchasing process strategies.
• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Vendor Management and negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms
• Be hallmark for honesty, integrity, and procedural approach to work at the organization
• Partner with Job work holders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Partner with existing Logistics Rate & create new contracts rates.
• As a Purchasing Manager, the role will involve sourcing equipment, goods, and services, as well as managing vendors.
• You will be responsible for performing strategic procurement activities across various spend categories, aiming to find better deals and more profitable suppliers.
• Your expertise in supplier relationship management and negotiation skills will be crucial in ensuring cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Additionally, you will analyze market trends, forecast demand, and mitigate risks to optimize the procurement process.
• By leveraging your knowledge of supply chain management and your ability to identify opportunities for improvement, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization’s purchasing operations.
• Strong Leadership Skills

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in any stream
• Data management on Spreadsheets (MS Excel / LibreOffice / Google Sheets) – Knowledge of Pivot, Filters, Lookups, Index-match, Filter, Data Consolidation, What-If

🌟 Preferred (but not mandatory):

• MBA (Finance)
• Knowledge of Tally Financial Accounting
